$RAITO · Robinhood Chain · one pick every 15 minutes
An AI picks the stock. Holders receive it.
Every 15 minutes Raito's picker chooses one tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain. The coin's trading tax buys it, and holders are credited their share, with a note that says why.

Why
Two things already work on Robinhood Chain. Separately.
- 01
Stock rewards with no story
Coins whose tax buys stock for holders. Holders like receiving real stocks, but the buying is a silent machine: the same basket, no reason, nothing to talk about between sends.
- 02
An AI paid by a trickle
Coins that promise an AI. The AI is usually paid by an interest stream too thin to matter, and its work never reaches the holder's wallet.
- 03
A fee that walks away
In both, the creator fee often lands in a personal wallet, and the holder who checks the chain watches it leave.
Raito puts the AI in charge of the one decision holders care about: which stock the tax buys this round. It explains itself in one line, every 15 minutes. The fee goes to the contract that launched the coin, the whole tax buys stock, and every round leaves a receipt.

A public tape: 96 picks a day, each one explained
Raito is
- A picker that spends the tax on one stock a round
- A public record of every pick, note and receipt
- Credit sized by the bag held through the round
- One contract that launched the coin and holds the fee
- A 15-minute rhythm anyone can watch live
Raito is not
- Investment advice: a note explains a pick, never a call to trade
- A promise of profit: the credit depends on trading volume
- A pooled savings product: nothing is held for you
- Affiliated with Robinhood Markets or any stock issuer
- A chatbot: the picker makes one choice a round
01Quarter
One round is fifteen minutes. Here is all of it.
96 rounds a day, the same steps every time. The picker suggests; the contract decides what is allowed.
:00
The round opens
The ledger starts tracking each wallet's lowest $RAITO balance for this round. The pot holds the tax collected since the last buy, plus anything carried.
:14
The picker answers
It reads the shelf, pool depth, prices, its own last picks and public market headlines, then returns one ticker and a note of up to 200 characters.
:14
The rules check it
On the shelf? Pool deep enough? Under the diversity cap? Plain wording? A failed check turns the round into a SPY round, and the note says so.
:15
The Desk buys
The keeper submits the buy. The contract checks the shelf, the approved route and the slippage cap before a single wei moves.
:15
Holders are credited
The stock lands in the RaitoLedger. Credits come from the round's lowest balances, and the credits root goes on chain with the receipt.

A quarter hour is the whole unit: one pick, one buy, one receipt.

The picker's rules
Shelf only
v1 shelf: SPY · QQQ · NVDA · TSLA · AAPL · MSFT · GOOGL · AMZN
Deep pools only
A stock stays on the shelf while its deepest pool holds $500,000 or more.
Diversity cap
One stock may take at most 24 rounds a day, a quarter of the day, and never three rounds in a row.
Pool cap
A round never spends more than 0.5% of the thinnest pool on its route; any excess carries.
Slippage cap
A buy never accepts less than 99% of what the pools' 10-minute average prices give, after pool fees, and the keeper holds it within 1% of the live quote too.
Plain notes
A note explains a pick in plain words: no price targets, no calls to trade, no promises.
Fallback
If the picker fails, times out or breaks a rule, the round buys SPY and the note says so.
Small pots and big pots
Nobody yet
A round nobody held through, like the first one after launch, does not buy: its pot carries to the next round.
Small
A pot under $5 does not buy. The round still picks and writes its note; the pot carries.
Big
A pot over 0.5% of the pool's depth buys up to the cap; the rest carries to the next round.
Either way
The round's receipt shows what was spent and what was carried, to the wei.
02Picks
96 notes a day, each one with a receipt.
Every round prints a line on a public tape: the time, the ticker, the note, the pot and the receipt. The tape is the show; people come back to read what the picker did while they slept.

Your share of every pick, sized by the bag you held through it.
Credit follows the lowest balance a wallet held during the round. A wallet that buys a second before the buy and sells right after is credited nothing.

credit = the round's stock × your lowest balance during the round ÷ the sum of all eligible lowest balances

- A holder can be credited small amounts of several stocks in one day.
What lands in the wallet
1Send
Once a holder's credit of one stock is worth $1.00 or more, it goes out in that round's batch.
2Claim
Any credit, any size, any time, from the app, against the round's credits root.
3Dust
Credit under $0.10 left unclaimed for 90 days is sold; the ETH buys back and burns $RAITO.

Why hold through a round
- The lowest balance during the round sets the credit, so a wallet that sells mid-round is credited on what it kept.
- Streaks, rounds held in a row, show on the shelf page and on Pick Cards. They unlock badges, not bigger credits.
- The Opening Bell spends a weekend's pot at once; holders through Monday's first open round share it.
04Weekend

Sample. Carried pot over a sample weekend.
The Opening Bell
Monday's first open round spends everything the weekend carried. If one buy would pass the pool cap, it splits the pot across its own pick and the next two rounds' picks. Holders through that round share the weekend.
- Closed-market rounds still pick and still write a note, but they do not buy.
- The tape shows the carried pot growing all weekend: the wait is visible, not hidden.
- Night hours between open days carry the same way, so prices are always checkable when a buy lands.
Monday, first light on the exchange: the weekend's pot is about to be spent.
05Wiring

Roles and limits
Owner
A 2-of-3 Safe (assumed). Shelf, keeper and route changes wait 48 h in public.
Keeper
A hot key with three powers: buy a shelf stock within the caps, post a root, send.
Picker
Off chain, no key. It can only suggest a ticker and a note.
Nobody
can move the pick pot to a wallet, change the split or mint $RAITO.

What $RAITO does not do
- It gives no claim on the stocks bought: each round's credit follows the published rules.
- It carries no vote over the Desk's money: the split is fixed in the contract.
- It promises nothing about price, volume or the size of any credit.
06Daylight
Everything in plain view: the record, the plan, the risks.
A picker that explains itself owes a record anyone can audit. Here is what gets measured, what gets built next, and what can go wrong.
Streak badges (cosmetic)

Badges show on the shelf page and on Pick Cards. They never change the size of a credit.

Pick Cards
Every round makes a card per holder: the stock, the note, the holder's share, the streak and the receipt link. One tap to share it.
The Wildcard round
Once a week one round is chosen by holders instead of the picker. Analysts vote from the shelf; the winning ticker is bought in a named round. The picker writes its note anyway: what it would have picked, and why.

- Custom shelves for partner platforms
Decisions, and why
- The whole tax buys stock
- the pot buys nothing else
- The crew lives on the base share
- team cost visible and fixed
- A contract launches the coin
- the fee never lands in a wallet
- The split has no setter
- nobody can move it later
- 15-minute rounds
- a rhythm worth watching
- One note per pick
- reasons people can share
- The lowest balance counts
- snapshot sniping gets zero
- Send over $1.00, claim any size
- low fees, nothing locked
- Closed market carries
- no buys on drifting prices
- SPY as the fallback
- a round never fails empty
- Tiers grant access only
- credit stays pro rata
- Team wallets excluded
- the team is not paid twice
- Paper rounds first
- a record before a price
What we watch
- Daily volume and the pot it makes
- Rounds bought against rounds carried
- Eligible holders per round and their median bag
- Streak lengths across holders
- Sends, claims and dust swept
- Fallback rounds: the picker's failure rate
- Pick Cards shared per day
What we ignore
- The price of $RAITO: never a target here
- A single round's result: one pick is noise
- Follower counts
The honest take
Strengths
- The whole tax buys stock, and the split cannot be changed later.
- Every round leaves a receipt: pick, note, buy, credits root.
- The lowest-balance rule makes sniping a round pointless.
- The AI costs cents a round, paid by the crew, not the pot.
- Paper rounds build a public record before there is a price.
Risks
- Volume can fall to zero, and then so do the rounds' buys.
- The picker can be wrong: holders receive the stock it picked, falling or not.
- Tokenized stocks can be paused or restricted by their issuer.
- Stock tokens trade on chain while their markets are closed; the carry rule limits, but does not remove, that drift.
- The launchpad's owner can reroute a coin's fee recipient after a 3-day timelock: a launchpad-level power.
- Rules in many places treat stock-backed rewards strictly; this is not available everywhere.
Why this is hard to copy
01First mover
To our knowledge, the first coin on Robinhood Chain where an AI chooses what the tax buys, every 15 minutes, in public.
02Network
Notes become cards, cards bring watchers, watchers hold through rounds, and the Wildcard vote grows with them.
03Data
Every pick, note and receipt since round one, plus the paper rounds: a record that grows by 96 lines a day.
04Habit
A holder's streak, badges and shelf live here; the lowest-balance rule makes holding through rounds the natural habit.
05Brand
Raito means light: one R with a lit dot, cobalt, white and signal yellow.
06Technical
A contract that launches its own coin, spends the whole tax on stock and roots credits on chain every round.
Morning light on the whole city: nothing kept in the dark. · Sample figures are marked where they appear.
